Being a tightly-knit organization, PATAMABA works closely with other networks for exchanging experiences and sharing opportunities to address women’s issues and concerns, such as economic empowerment and the inclusion of marginalized producers in the global economy.

A non-governmental organization, KAKASAHA, aims to help women in the informal sector acquire the means to meet their basic family needs and improve their economic conditions through advocacy of their labor rights, access to opportunities, protection from unfair labor practices, and increase participation in local, national and international planning bodies. It also supports social partnership between community and industry, in the pursuit of national economic development, and helps promote investor-friendly Philippines through actual involvement in the monitoring of labor standards compliance, as well as anti-graft and corruption campaigns.
